The 250th Steering Committee will be meeting on December 23, 2011 in the Town Office Conference Room at 9:00 am.
Agenda items include, but are not limited to:
--Decision for cost of subsequent copies of the Commemorative Book (after the first free one/household)
--Clarify that checks used to pay for those subsequent copies will be made payable to The Lyme 250th, as all other sales activities have been
--Consider reimbursing the proceeds from the sales of subsequent books to the Lyme Foundation
--Prepare books to be sold (place DVD inside)
