LYME CONSERVATION COMMISSION
May 23, 2007 - Minutes
1. The meeting convened at 5:00 PM in the Lyme Center Academy Building. The following members were present: James Graham, Dick Jones, Lee Larson and Matt Stevens. Vickie Davis (planning and zoning administrator) also attended the meeting.
2. Lee said that he felt the Commission should not hold a special meeting to discuss a single application, but rather should treat the Coyle Site Plan application like all others had been handled in the past.
3. Vickie said that there was no delineation of the wetland on the abutting properties and that her informal pacing of the distance to the “mushy part” of the lawn indicated that the subject property might not contain any wetland buffer area.
4. After reviewing the May 21 “Site Plan for Stella’s Pizzeria & Pantry” which showed that no changes were proposed in the potential wetland buffer area, Dick moved and Lee seconded a motion not to submit any Conservation Commission comments on the Coyle application.
5. The meeting adjourned at 5:10 PM.
