The presentation started at 7:00 pm with Lee Larson introducing John Severance and Elise Lawson. They then reviewed the project commencing with a review of the various data sources and field work (by both their company and many local volunteers) and then giving a PowerPoint presentation of the results. John and Elise ended their presentation by answering questions from the audience and a demonstration of how the GIS data could be used to prepare maps of the various data on a town-wide or larger scale of various parts of the Town.
Lee thanked John and Elise for their work and said that copies of the report were available in the Town Offices and Library. In addition, copies are also available for purchase at $20.00 per copy.
The formal presentation ended at a little after 8:00 pm with many members of the public informally mixing with the consultants and viewing various GIS maps on display.
