BOARD of SELECTMEN
MINUTES
December 27, 2006
Present: Judy Brotman, Dick Jones, Charles Ragan, Dina Cutting, Fred Stearns.
The regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen meeting was opened at 8:00 am by Judy Brotman
1. The Board met briefly with Dina Cutting to sign the manifest and approved the salary adjustments for 2007.
2. The Board met with Fred Stearns for his regular highway department update.
3. The Board approved the contract for the two entry door canopies for the Fire/Police station and voted to carry over the funds ($2480) from the operating budget.
4. The Board approved the Vachon Clukay CPA contract for the upcoming audit.
5. The Board approved the payment of overtime for Dina Cutting in lieu of compensatory time.
The Board adjourned at 8:15 am.
