Minutes for March 31, 2008
1. A warned special meeting of the Board of Selectmen convened at 3:40 PM in the Town Offices with the following attending all or part of the meeting: Simon Carr (chair), Charles Ragan (member), Dick Jones (member) and Carole Bont (administrative assistant). No members of the public attended the meeting.
2. At 3:42 Dick moved and Simon seconded a motion to go into non-public session under the authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(c) – “matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person” for discussion of a hardship abatement. The motion carried by voice vote.
3. At 3:46 the Board returned to the public session having approved a hardship abatement with several conditions and voting by roll call vote not to make the non-public session minutes available to the public.
4. The meeting adjourned at 3:47 PM.
