“Emergency Management Ordinance” Public Hearing
June 12, 2008
1. At 8:00 am Simon opened the public hearing on the proposed “Emergency Management Ordinance” with the following attending the hearing: Simon Car, Charles Ragan, Dick Jones, Dina Cutting, Patty Jenks, Sue MacKenzie, Alan Newton, Wally Ragan and Peter Walsh.
2. After allowing time for those present who had not previously had a chance to review the proposed ordinance, Wally gave a brief discussion of several points. Dick commented that the terms “EMD” and “LEMD” were not used consistently throughout the draft.
3. The Board returned to its regular meeting at approximately 8:10.
