“Recreation Area By-Law” Public Hearing
June 12, 2008
1. At 8:00 am Simon opened the public hearing on the proposed “Recreation Area By-Law” changes with the following attending the hearing: Simon Carr, Charles Ragan, Dick Jones, Dina Cutting, and Shaun O’Keefe.
2. Dina summarized the proposed changes, all of which were to include items from previous by-laws that had been inadvertently left out of the most recent revision. These all had been recommended by the Recreation Commission at their meeting this week.
3. The Board returned to its regular meeting at approximately 8:03.
