Learn about the gravestone carvings in Lyme’s historic cemeteries. The Lyme Historians Annual Meeting will feature Richard Henderson of Enfield who will discuss the secret language of the cemeteries as revealed by the early gravestone carvers, particularly Gershom Bartlett. This promises to be a fascinating talk that will help us better understand the old cemeteries tucked away in the hills of Lyme. More Info: 795-4780.
