7:30 John Peaveler & Ayeshah Al-humaidhi propose to build a detached garage at 333 Goose Pond Road (Tax Map 411 Lot 5) in the Rural District. A special exception is required to encroach into the road setback and the wetland conservation district under sections 8.22 and 8.24.
7:50 Noreen & Rusty Estes propose to construct a fire protection cistern at 228 Orford Road (Tax Map 407 Lot 56.3) in the Rural District. This requires a special exception to build within the Agricultural Soils Conservation District under section 8.24 of the zoning ordinance.
8:10 Karen & David Keane propose to build on lands currently owned by Peter & Janice Treadwell at 84 Franklin Hill Road (Tax Map 408 Lot 71.2). This requires a special exception to build within the Agricultural Soils Conservation District under section 4.64 B. of the zoning ordinance.
