Planning & Zoning Administrator
Duties include meeting with applicants, review permit applications, approve/disapprove applications, issue building/zoning permits, forward applications to Zoning Board of Adjustment or Planning Commission, attending ZBA and Planning Board meetings, site inspections, & enforcement. Orchestrate & participate in revising master plan & capital improvement plan. Make recommendations for changes in subdivision, site plan & zoning regulations. 40 hrs/wk, includes frequent Thursday night meetings & occasional early morning meetings.
