Lyme Planning Board
Lyme Planning Board will meet on Thursday, December 6, 2007, at 7:00 PM at the Lyme Fire Station Training Room to conduct a public hearing on the following cases:
7:00 PM Peter & Janice Treadwell are requesting a special exception for the existing telecommuni-cations tower & proposed 30’ extension at their property at 36 Horton Lane (Tax Map 408, Lot 47.1 in the Rural District). The tower is located within the Ridgeline & Hillside Conservation District & the Steep Slopes Conservation District & a special exception is required under sections 4.66 & 4.62.
8:00 PM Ray and Christina Clark propose to utilize a new structure as a woodworking shop for a Cottage Industry at 226 Pinnacle Road (Map 416 Lot 7 & 10 in the Rural District). A public meeting will be held to review the site plan as a cottage industry requires a site plan review under the Lyme Site Plan Review Regulations. A public meeting will be held to review a conditional use application as a cottage industry which requires a conditional use approval under section 4.47. Public hearing also to follow if application is deemed complete.
These requests will be considered under the cited section(s) and any other section(s) found applicable during the hearings.
