Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
You are hereby notified that the Budget Committee will meet to discuss warrant articles to be included on the March 13, 2007, Town Meeting Warrant involving the expenditure of monies. They will vote to either recommend or not recommend these articles.
Date: Tuesday, February 12, 2007
Time: 7:00 PM
Place: Lyme School
1. Bond Warrant Article for Municipal Building, including police offices. The monies to pay for the project will come from a combination of the following: from a bond, from Public Land Acquisition Capital Reserve Fund, from Town Offices Building Capital Reserve Fund and from monies to be raised by private fund-raising;
2. Expend money to put into Capital Reserve Funds And Expendable Trust Funds;
3. Expend money from Capital Reserve Funds And Expendable Trust Funds;
4. Expend money from the Cemetery Maintenance Gifts And Donations Fund devised to the cemetery by Margaret Burdette Wise;
5. Withdrawal From Independence Day Special Revenue Fund;
6. Withdrawing Money From Blisters For Books Expendable Trust Fund[Marker];
7. Expend money to fill in low-lying areas of Chase Beach;
8. Expend money to renovate the John Balch Memorial Field;
