TOWN WARRANT ARTICLES
You are hereby notified that the Budget Committee will meet to discuss warrant articles to be included on the Tuesday March 10, 2020, Town Meeting Warrant involving the expenditure of monies. They will vote to either recommend or not recommend these articles.
SCHOOL WARRANT ARTICLES
You are hereby notified that the Budget Committee will meet to discuss warrant articles to be included on the Thursday March 5, 2020, School Meeting Warrant involving the expenditure of monies. They will vote to either recommend or not recommend these articles.
Draft warrants will be available in the town offices and on the town web page by Jan. 31st, 2020.
After the public portion of meeting, the Budget Committee will vote to recommend or not recommend these warrant articles involving money.
Fire Station Financing Public Hearing:
The purpose of this public hearing is to discuss the long term financing of the Municipal Fire Station through agreements that do not contain a non-appropriation (escape) clause and for which the present intention is to have the annual payments withdrawn from the Public Works Capital Reserve Funds.
- Fire Station- $500,000
The Budget Committee will receive public input about proposed financing. After the public portion of meeting, the Budget Committee will vote to recommend or not recommend this warrant article involving money.
