The Select Board sent the attached letter to the Secretary of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requesting a copy of the original 1944 license to construct and operate the Wilder Hydro-Electric Facility, require the facility owner to reimburse the town for expenses incurred to repair sections of River Road and to include as a condition of the current re-licensing the requirement to preserve the River Road for the term of the license.
