Hello Lyme Property owners

Property tax bills were mailed out from the printer today.

The due date is Tuesday 12/6/2022.

The tax rate is $23.98.

Friendly reminders that help the town process your property tax payments:

There are 3 options to get your payment(s) to us:

1. Mail it in.

Make sure it is postmarked on or before 12/6/22 or interest will need to be applied.

2. Place your payment in the locked mail bin at the town office. It is located in the entryway to the right of the Lobby door and is marked Tax Collector.

3. Drop it off in person at the town office during business hours.

Mon, Wed, Fri 8am - 2pm or during the Tax Collector hours Tues 4pm-6pm.

If you are unable to make any of the office hours please contact me at taxcollector@lymenh.gov or 603-795-4416 to make an appointment

Please make sure the bottom section of your tax bill is included with your payment.

Whether you are mailing in your payment or bringing it in to the town office, including the bottom section will make processing your payment more efficient.

For your convenience, the Tax Collector office hours will be extended from our regular hours on Tuesday’s 4p-6p, during the months of November, December and possibly January. As soon as we have the hours confirmed we will send another Listserve email and post the extended hours on the town website.
