Revaluation Manual Available

Hello everyone,
Todd Haywood, our assessor, of Granite State Municipal Services has put together a manual to explain the 2021 Revaluation.
This manual includes many things and does its best to explain the assessing/revaluation process as a whole, some main topics include:
- Valuation premises and procedure
- CAMA system codes/legends
- Time Trending Analysis
- Land and Neighborhood data
- Improved Property data
- Statistical analysis, testing and quality control
It is quite a large document and we do not have access to it electronically. You may come to the Town Office and review this manual during office hours, Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
