Revaluation Time in Lyme!
Good Morning Lyme,
Its' revaluation time in Lyme!
Market value, assessed value, revaluations, statistical update…. these terms will all be heard frequently over the next few months in Lyme. That is because Lyme has recently completed the first phase of the revaluation process as required by the Department of Revenue.
All property owners will be receiving a letter explaining this next step in this process.
At this time the valuations are an estimate of the market value of your property as of April 1, 2021. There is a pdf document containing the values on the Town of Lyme website at www.lymenh.gov. Go to the home page, click the green box titled 2021 Revaluation located right under the Town of Lyme logo.
You will have the opportunity to schedule a hearing with the Assessor to discuss your property valuation. If you decide you would like a hearing give Jordan a call (795-4639) by September 22nd and she can set this up for you. (You will have the option of an in person or telephone meeting)
