Once on the website, select Town of Lyme and\ choose an available date and time to receive a phone call.

\ Appointment availability is limited to the dates and times listed on the website and should be scheduled as soon as possible, and not later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2026, to ensure an opportunity for review.\ Additional times may be added if necessary. No appointments will be scheduled after that date. Please note that all appointments will be conducted by telephone. If you do not wish to schedule an appointment but have specific questions, you may submit them through the inquiry form located at the bottom of the appointment webpage. A representative will respond as soon as possible. If you do not have internet access and no one is available to assist you, please contact the Town Office at (603) 795-4639.

\ Sales occurring prior to the April 1 assessment date were analyzed to establish updated land and building rates, with the goal of bringing all property assessments to 100% of fair market value. Please note, you should not attempt to estimate your next tax bill by multiplying your new assessment by the current tax rate, as this will produce an inaccurate tax amount. The total of the Town has increased an approximate 59% and the tax rate will drop proportionally barring any significant changes in spending voted in at the Town & School District annual meetings. The newly established assessments will be used in the calculation of the new tax rate, which will then be applied to determine the December tax bill.
