The Lyme Planning Board will be holding a third public hearing on a proposed amendment to section 8.27 of the zoning ordinance.

The hearing will be held during the Boards regularly scheduled meeting starting at 7:00 pm on January 25th 2018 in the Lyme Town offices conference room located at 1 High Street.

8.27 Replacement of a Non-conforming Structure.

Nothing herein shall prevent the replacement of a non-conforming structure so long as the replacement does not result in a new or increased violation.

Any non-residential or multi-dwelling replacement requires Site Plan Review prior to the issuance of a Zoning Permit. Otherwise nothing herein shall prevent the replacement of a non-conforming structure so long as the replacement does not result in a new or increased violation.
