Lebanon Solid Waste Facility

RESIDENTIAL PERMITS

- Permits are $5 for the first TWO vehicles in the household.
- Each vehicle is allowed one permit, and you must show a paper or digital copy of the permit during each visit.
- Permits must match license plate and vehicle description.
- Permits not matching the vehicle description may be turned away.
- Your permit is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Closed-toe footwear is mandatory at the Facility.
- Only household trash is permitted in bags.
- Do not place freon units or electronics in bags.
- Dogs must remain in vehicles, and children must be supervised.
TO ACCESS YOUR PAID SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT:
1. Create a myEB2Gov account by clicking the "Log In" option in the top right corner of this page. This will allow you to reprint your permit anytime and view all transactions.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
- The $5.00 citizen permit cost includes a credit card fee of 2.99% with a minimum charge of $2.50.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Violations of Solid Waste Facility rules or sharing your permit may result in suspension or a ban from using the Solid Waste Facility.

Please upload proof of residency such as a copy of your driver's license, utility bill, rental agreement etc. If you have an issue uploading your proof of residency please email your proof to Solid.waste@Lebanonnh.gov

Terms & Conditions: One permit allowed per household (two vehicles). Residency is determined by the customer’s physical address. A permit must be presented every time it is used at the Lebanon Solid Waste Facility. Payment shall be paid in full when transacting at Lebanon Solid Waste Facility (exception: commercial permit holders). Permits are nontransferable and nonrefundable. The Lebanon Solid Waste Facility reserves the right to suspend any customer’s Lebanon Solid Waste Facility privileges due to misconduct or dishonesty. By execution of this online Permit Application, I hereby swear and affirm that I am a legal resident of the municipality listed above. I fully understand that all permits are the sole property of the Lebanon Solid Waste Facility. By signing below, I acknowledge that said permit(s) are for the sole use of the above resident and household and not intended for resale nor transferable. Any violation(s) of the above conditions may result in the imposition of fines and suspension of Lebanon Solid Waste Facility privileges.
