There is a clear need to increase the Tax Base in Lyme to relieve the property owners tax burden in Lyme. Lyme does not seem to be a place where new businesses seek to locate. There is a need to identify suitable businesses for Lyme and identify and remove the restrictions that current prevent development of a broader tax base.
