Lyme Highway Department:
Full time position
Primary duties: Responsible for operating heavy equipment and other miscellaneous equipment. Requires valid Class B CDL license (Class A CDL license a plus, not mandatory), air brake certificate and you must have the ability to drive a manual transmission. Must pass DOT testing, physical and background check. Salary range depending on experience. Required to work over-time when weather demands. This employee is also responsible for coverage at the Town Transfer/recycling center one Sunday per month and other related duties as assigned by the Road Agent. Deputy Town Clerk-Bookkeeping-Grant tracking:
Full time position
We are looking for someone who enjoys doing and having different responsibilities each day. Experience in business, customer service, financial transactions, budget managing, grant writing and tracking. Strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys multi-tasking and has computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner, a strong communicator, and exemplary in handling customer interactions with the motor vehicle platform.
This is a 36 hour per week position with a generous benefits package, health & dental insurance, retirement and more.
