Busy Business coming up.....

Happy December!  Hard to believe we’re in the final month of 2023.  I hope you’ve had a good year.  This is a long communication to cover a lot of territory as we begin the process of planning for the election cycles in 2024. 

12/9/2023-Supervisors of the Checklist meet at 9am to 9:30am in the Town Offices for additions and corrections to the voter checklist in preparation for the January 23, 2024 Presidential Primary.  Please bring your photo ID and proof of residency (bill with your Lyme address) if you’re registering to vote in Lyme for the first time.

12/25/2023- The Town Offices are closed for the holiday.

1/1/2024-The Town Offices are closed for the holiday.

1/15/2024-The Town Offices are closed in observance of Civil Rights Day

1/22/2024-The Town Clerk’s Office will be open from 3pm to 5pm for absentee ballot activity (Jan 23 Presidential Primary)

1/23/2024- Presidential Primary Election. Poll are open from 7am to 7pm at the Lyme School. (watch for more info to come)

1/23/2024-Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session from 7pm to 7:30 pm at the Lyme School Gym. Change of Party may be accepted at this session.

1/24/2024-Filing Period for March Town Meeting opens at 8am. Anyone waiting until the final day of filing must file in person.

2/2/2024-Filing Period closes for March Town Meeting at 5pm.
