Operations have been reviewed and the following will be the plan until further notice:
We will be directing one car at a time to pull up to the compactor and unload their own trash.
Please use stickers for your bags or remove one punch per bag from your own card.
The metal bin and FREE area will be closed to the public.
Attendants will be on site directing traffic and assisting anyone that cannot unload their own material.
This should reduce any unnecessary exposure to the public and the employees at the Transfer Station. If you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19 please do not come into the Transfer Station. Thank you for your continued support during this pandemic.
Household Hazardous Waste Day canceled-
The UV Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission has canceled the May 2, 2020 Household Hazardous Waste Collection in Lebanon and the satellite collection in Piermont due to the COVID-19 and the governor’s stay-at-home order through May 4.
They will work to reschedule dependent upon the evolution of the virus and to maintain safety of the public, crew and staff. Notice will be sent once a new date is set.
I will be checking this e-mail weekly.
