Energy Committee Seeking New Members

The Lyme Energy Committee seeks new members. Our mission is to assist the town, through conservation and efficiencies, in using less energy and to shift its reliance from fossil fuel to clean renewable sources. Current projects include spearheading the effort to install a photovoltaic system at the firehouse, investigating a similar system for the library, and exploring whether a community power electric aggregation option might save electric customers money and shift the source of that electricity from fossil fuels to clean renewables.
