Mud Season Updates!

Issac Perkins Road and Fraklin Hill Road have been repaired, but remember these repairs will be making the roads only passable. (the crew will be back to make the final repairs at a later date) 

 

Alert: There is a vehicle stuck on the Lyme end of Orfordville Road. 

All other dirt roads remain closed until repairs are completed.

 

The Highway Crew has headed out to start making more repairs. They will be working on the following roads today. How many of these roads get repaired today depends on how much time each repair takes. 

 

Isaac Perkins Road

Franklin Hill Road 

Acorn Hill Road 

Grafton Turnpike

Baker Hill Road

The number of roads that get repaired depends on the weather and how much time each repair takes. 

These repairs will be making the roads only passable. (the crew will be back to make the final repairs at a later date) 

Once the repair is done it is important to remember  The less traffic the better. Fewer trips to and from your home will help the road stay passable.

Please only drive on the dirt roads in town if it is a necessity. 

This will be a long and slow process so please have patience.  The Highway crew is working as fast as conditions allow. 

 

Email or call the Select Board office with any reports the highway crew may not know about.
