ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA

The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
Item 1) Acceptance of the Minutes from January, 21st, 2016
Item 2) Pinnacle Project – Rehearing --The applicant has request a continuance to August 18th, 2016.
Item 3) Tyler Rich has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment to amend a variance granted on December 18, 2008. Mr. Rich seeks to changes the location of the access required under the easement to his property at 50 Old Dorchester Rd (Tax Map 421 Lot 18) from an easement area across the property at 651 Dorchester Rd (Tax Map 421 Lot 7) to what is known as the “Old Dorchester Rd”.
Item 4) The Dowd’s Country Inn, LLC has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment to amend a variance granted on May 14, 2014 in order to increase the size of the tavern addition. The increase in size is to accommodate ADA compliant restrooms and expanded walk-in coolers.
